Notes to Halloween's Creeping Up at the Phoenix [Oct 30, 2009]

The Quick Wit Show Host NPC has been having problems and is not able to spawn in the Phoenix server, so our GMs will be online at 2:00am, 10:00am, 2:00pm and 8:00pm to give away the Jack O'Lanterns or price this item for sale in stalls.
